This Privacy Policy explains how FIN GO and its affiliates (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collect, use, store, and disclose your personal data when you use our telesales application and services (the “Services”). We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with Indonesian law, including Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (the “PDP Law”) and Financial Services Authority (OJK) Regulation No. 6/POJK.07/2022 on Consumer and Public Protection in the Financial Services Sector.

This Privacy Policy is provided in both English and Bahasa Indonesia. Both versions are equally valid.

  • To comply with a legal or regulatory obligation: This includes our obligations under the PDP Law and OJK regulations.

  • Where it is necessary for our legitimate interests: This includes improving our Services, preventing fraud, and ensuring the security of our application.

We will only use your personal data for the purposes for which we collected it, unless we reasonably consider that we need to use it for another reason and that reason is compatible with the original purpose.

Marketing Communications

We will only send you marketing communications (via SMS, email, or phone) if you have given us your explicit consent to do so. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer. Consenting to marketing communications is not a precondition for using our Services.


4. Disclosure of Your Personal Data

  • Partner Financial Institutions: We will share your data with our partner financial institutions to process your loan application. A list of our current partners is available in the application and on our website. We will always offer you a choice of products from at least two different partner institutions, where possible.

  • Affiliated Companies: We may share your data with our affiliated companies for internal administrative purposes.

  • Regulatory Authorities: We may be required to share your data with regulatory authorities such as the OJK.

We require all third parties to respect the security of your personal data and to treat it in accordance with the law. We do not allow our third-party service providers to use your personal data for their own purposes and only permit them to process your personal data for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.

In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with this Privacy Policy, both parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through amicable negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, you may file a complaint with the appropriate court in Indonesia.
